Outside Sales:
Sidhal is currently seeking Outside Sales Representatives.
Responsibilities:
Candidate will be responsible for opening new accounts
Identify target accounts with management
Strong new account management skills
Creating a business plan to attract new customers
and grow sales
Effective written and verbal skills
Candidate must have proven track record of sales success
Excellent relationship building skills and problem solving ability
Manage customer credit issues in conjunction with management
Warehouse Worker
Responsible for picking customer orders
Responsible for stocking new merchandise
Ensure quantities selected are accurate
Maintain warehouse in accordance with instructions
Safely operate forklift and other warehouse equipment
Experience in warehouse work
Experience with shipping and receiving
Ability to lift repeatedly
Good
communication skills
Driver
Knowledge of delivery area
Insure items are delivered / received in accordance with paper work
Ability to perform mathematical calculations to check
accounts to ensure accuracy
Previous commercial driving experience
Warehouse merchandise in accordance with procedures
Assist in routing deliveries when asked
Maintain the required CDL license with necessary
endorsements - currently CDL C or higher and a Hazmat Endorsement.
Daily truck inspection with required paperwork
Unloading any merchandise left on truck at the end of the day.
Excellent customer service skills and a "can do" attitude
Neat professional appearance
Customer Service
Sidhal is looking for an energetic member to join our Customer Service team.
Successful candidate has:
Ability to take customer orders via phone or on line and enter into out order entry system
Assist customers with product selection
Excellent follow up and problem solving skills
Research and resolve all customer issues and inquires in an quick and efficient manner
Excellent computer and telephone skills a must
Assist sales people in the field
1 year office experience
Neat professional appearance
Ability to build relationships
1 - 2 years of previous customer service experience |
